ADVANCED ACTING CLASS FOR ADULTS AND TEENS
My goal in this class is to challenge, encourage, and inspire actors of different generations as we work together to improve as artists.
This class is a nine month commitment from September-May, and here are some of the ways we will spend our time.
- Partnering and scene-study
- Developing characters
- Exploring vocal and physical life on stage
- Discussing professional headshots and resumes
- Preparing for auditions and cold readings
- Casting and rehearsing for two productions
- Performing for an audience
TUITION: $50/month (Due at the first class each month)
SUPPLY FEE: $40/one-time fee (Due by October 3rd, 2017)
SCHEDULE: September 5th - December 12th (Day off: October 31st) January 9th - May 22nd (Days off: March 6th and April 24th) If classes are cancelled for anything except weather emergencies, they will be made up on 12/19 or 05/29. You will be notified ASAP.
*There will be four required extra days built into our schedule as needed for dress and tech rehearsals before performances.
* There will be at least two required days of performance.
